My Grandma & then my Mom always made Cottage Cheese pie from the time I was little. I’m 50 yrs. old now & I still love this pie! Sadly my Mom lost everything this past June in a house fire. I never did get the recipe! (I will never make that mistake again). My Mom had my Grandma’s chinois also . I have been looking all over the Internet for one & no luck! We called it a gricer & maybe that is why! I’m going to share this recipe with my Mom! I can’t wait to make it!
